Terry and Cindi Keeton, owners of All American Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration are celebrating a five year anniversary at their downtown Litchfield office. Their office is located at 207 N. State Street in beautiful downtown Litchfield.

In 2000 their construction company, TLC Properties, began restoring older residential properties. During this process they realized the need for honest heating and cooling contractors with reasonable rates. In 2005 All American HVAC, Inc. was opened and another venture in their lives began.

Terry and Cindi were excited about the opportunity to begin restoring commercial properties. Their first is where their office is now located. It was a building which housed three different businesses and the entire complex was in dire need of tender loving care. The complex was restored to it’s original brick walls and tin ceilings. This seemed to be the spark that downtown Litchfield needed and soon after many downtown buildings started getting facelifts as well.

Terry and Cindi are members of the Litchfield Chamber of Commerce and Litchfield Downtown Alliance. Terry is a member of the Eagles and the Moose Lodge. Both Terry and Cindi are heavily involved in Litchfield’s Party in the Park. Cindi sits on the Board of Directors for Litchfield’s Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Ladies of the Moose, chairperson for Litchfield Idol and Market Master for the Litchfield Farmers Market. Both Terry and Cindi are very involved in their community and have adopted Litchfield as their hometown.

Litchfield has welcomed Terry and Cindi and their business with open arms. In 2009 the Chamber of Commerce created a new award and honored them with the first annual, “Rising Star” award for their contributions to both the Chamber of Commerce and City of Litchfield.
